INDIAN GP SANS AN INDIAN AT THE HELM !!!!

From Kolkata in ‘97 to Chennai in ’03. Mumbai in ‘05 to Bangalore. Almost done in Hyderabad in ’07. No these are not the places I treaded, nor are these the Anna Hazare fast sites, these are the places where the much anticipated INDIAN GP was expected to debut. But in India, as you know nothing is certain till it is either completed or screwed. Despite admirable efforts from then CM Chandra Babu Naidu, which cost him his beloved chair, the race went to SADDI DILLI, I mean NCR. Keep those mind wheels churning for some scam in this too.
It’s the 17th race at the F1 calendar. Though 1+7=8 and 8 is not an auspicious number according to numerology, but I won’t get into that. The veracity that F1 is here, swabs out all the cynicism.

FORCE MALLYA

There will be 0.2 million (using million instead of lakh as it adds weight but don’t know why) Indians cheering at the stands, add few thousand staff members and millions watching on TV, but for whom?
Will we have an Indian setting the 5.14 km track ablaze? We surely have the king of good times team- Force India. There is hardly anything Indian in the team except the name. If he is to be believed, Indian drivers lack the class and technique for the gruelling chase. I don’t wish to say this but I agree. Can’t comment on the class part, Mr. Mallya know better which class he is talking about?
But yes, the proficiency lacks. Remember the only points, India’s best F1 racer, Narain Karthikeyen ever won were in a 6 car US GP. He zipped past the chequered flag at the last position.
There will be an Indian or may be 2 at the GP. Narain after getting booted mid season, will be back for HRT, due to the booty he brings in, thanks to hero motors shrewd business acumen. I doubt karun chandok will be that lucky.

 THE INDIAN RACING DUO

Indian or no Indian, for me it will be a heavenly indulgence.  Still trying to catch hold of that elusive ticket. Is that number 8 thing got to do something with this? But I’ll keep trying till I succeed. As the great Michael Schumacher says “team work always wins.” So please help me get the ticket!!!
